Dedicated professional with over two decades of extensive work experience in the Social & Economic Development Sector working as a senior project manager. She has led multi million dollar projects/programs for bi-lateral and multi-lateral organizations such as World Bank, United Nations Development Program (UNDP), UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO), Asian Development Bank (ADB), United States Aid Agency (USAID), as well as not-for-profit and government organizations. The projects & programs have covered a diverse range of areas like skills development, education, gender empowerment, entrepreneurship, technical education & vocational training, curriculum development, communications and branding, tourism development, public policy advisory, public private partnerships, competitiveness & job creation and micro-finance.

Sehyr has a Bsc Honors degree in Economics from Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS) and a Msc in Development Studies from SOAS (University of London. She was nominated as a fellow at University College London (UCL) by the World Bank in 2017 and has worked with the Government of the Punjab (GoPb) for the Planning and Development Board for more than a decade as a senior project manager on high value donor-funded projects. She is currently based in Netherlands .
