Mr. Saad has seven years of experience in delivering high-impact public sector reforms in Asia Pacific, including projects on democratic governance, healthcare, social protection and rule of law. He specializes in navigating regulatory and political systems to support priorities, including for organizations such as Google, ADB and FCDO. He has led strategic engagement strategies for senior stakeholders, including ministerial and parliamentary interactions in South Asia. He has also headed cross-functional teams with development financing and policy analysis objectives. His work has improved access to healthcare for marginalized citizens, mobilized disaster relief, and increased citizens’ oversight of government performance. He recently completed his public policy graduate studies from National University of Singapore.
